Our take
This 12-piece set gives you a solid mix of Callaway X-18 irons and Cobra fairway woods. The graphite shafts in the woods helped me gain a bit of swing speed, while the steel irons offer control. However, the uniflex shafts in some clubs feel a bit inconsistent—regular in some, stiffer in others. The set lacks a hybrid, which might be a gap for some. The Cobra fairways are forgiving, but the X-18 irons are game-improvement and work well. Overall, it's a decent value for someone building a bag without breaking the bank.
